ဒါကလေး ကတော့ Gmail သုံးသူတွေအတွက် အသုံးဝင်မယ်ထင်ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ့် Gmail တွေကို back up ယူထားလိုက်တဲ့ ဟာလေးပါ .. သူကို သုံးပြီးတော့ ကိုယ့် account ထဲ က ဟာလေးတွေ ကို backup လုပ်မယ်ဆိုရင် အဲဒီ့ account ထဲက ဟိုး စကတည်း က ပြောထားတာတွေ အကုန်လုံးကို မေးလ်တွေ အကုန်လုံးကို Date ကလေးတွေ နဲ့ Download ချပေးပါတယ် .. ပြီးတော့ ချထားတာလေးတွေကို ဖွင့်မယ် ဆိုရင်တော့ outlook express နဲ့ဖွင့်ရပါတယ် .. ဓါတ်ပုံတွေဘာတွေဆိုရင်လည်း ရပါတယ်... 5 Best Ways To Backup Gmail

An alternative approach would be to backup your mails on other mail service. And for this job, What’s better than Hotmail?
Step1. Login to your Hotmail account and Open TrueSwitch. Fill up all the details like your current Gmail address, Stuffs that you would like to copy etc.
Also choose “Forward e-mails for 30 days to your Hotmail address” so that all the emails that you receive in the next 30 days will be automatically forwarded to Hotmail.
Step 2. Wait for 24 hours till all your mail are imported. Till then, grab some popcorns and watch movies!
After the first 30 days period in which mails get automatically forwarded (if you have chosen this option), you can setup forwarding in your Gmail Account. Under your Gmail settings activate “Forwarding and IMAP” to your Hotmail as a forwarding address.
Be sure to choose “keep Gmail’s copy in the Inbox.” So you are basically storing data on clouds of 2 web giants Google and Microsoft, so the likely hood of both going down at the same instant is next to impossible.
If you are even more lazy and want to automate the process entirely, then try Backupify. Backupify gives you 2GB of backup storage for free, which should be enough. Honestly telling, I’ve never used even 1GB of my Gmail Storage, so it should be enough. If you need more space, it was has paid plans besides too.
It can also backup many of your other services, like Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and more, and is compatible with Google Apps.
